Such constant evolution requires the leadership at all levels of our organization — local, regional, national, international — to work tirelessly, so that we can offer our clientele the most current and appropriate information and solutions. In addition to numerous behind-the-scenes initiatives we have put in place, we interview every one of our clients after they have completed their transaction, using a proprietary Premier Service® survey to help us understand what we do well and what could be improved upon. This survey has become the impetus for new programs, as well as enhancements to existing services. In place now for several years, we are proud that this program has helped us achieve a 94% client satisfaction rating.
