Located in Woburn, Massachusetts, the Corporate office for the GMAC Real Estate Company Owned New England region oversees the day to day business operations for more than 55 offices in our three divisions: Carlson GMAC Real Estate, Kinlin Grover GMAC Real Estate, and Hammond GMAC Real Estate.

The senior and support staffs of accounting, education, human resources, marketing, and operations are located at the corporate office. In addition, pre-license classes for aspiring real estate professionals and new agent training classes are conducted throughout the year at the Woburn headquarters.
